Japplis Toolbox 5.5 Released

Japplis Toolbox and Japplis Toolbox Pro version 5.5 have been released.

Japplis Toolbox is a set of more than 50 text utilities in one software. The pro version allows more input and output options and the possibility to create macros.

What’s new (main changes):

  • The Mac OS X installation is a signed and notarized .dmg file
  • Possibility to install Japplis Toolbox using Homebrew
  • Possibility to install Japplis Toolbox using winget
  • Sorting will sort text with numbers correctly
  • 2 new tools in pattern: To uppercase regexp, To lowercase regexp
  • Applet file included so that you can run it easily embedded in IntelliJ IDEA, Android Studio, PyCharm, Eclipse or NetBeans using the Applet Runner plugin.
  • Many bug fixes and small improvements

What’s new in Japplis Toolbox Pro

  • Added possibility to ignore clipboard as input when the content is not multi-lines
  • Added find tools (F9)
  • Added shortcut ctrl + shift + up to copy output to input
  • Dynamic validation of the macro form
  • New output option: show file chooser
  • Fixed setting to append or replace a file in output mode
  • Possibility to run the free version if the license has expired
  • Fixed sometimes deleting macro didn’t delete the macro
  • Adding a new action offers a drop down to choose from possible actions

The application framework had been updated which contains more than 500 changes compared to the previous version in Japplis Toolbox.
