Stackoverflow website inside NetBeans

I’m pleased to announce the release of Applet Runner 2.0 NetBeans plugin.

This can hopefully bring using NetBeans to a new level of tooling. I’ve added many utility applets so that more type of files could be opened in NetBeans and more things can be done without leaving your favorite IDE.

    • PDF Viewer
    • Microsoft Word Viewer (docx)
    • Excel & CSV Viewer (xlsx, xls, cvs)
    • Powerpoint Viewer (pptx)
    • MP3 Player (mp3, ogg)
    • Video Player (mp4, mkv, mp3, avi, …)
  • Text Utilities
    • Clipboard History
    • JSON Viewer
    • XML Viewer
    • YAML Viewer
  • Tetris game

A new Terminal for NetBeans

I’ve integrated IntelliJ IDEA terminal (JediTerm) to Apache NetBeans. This way, there is no need to have Cygwin installed for Windows like for the standard NetBeans Terminal.

To run it, download the free Applet Runner plugin from Apache NetBeans Plugin Portal and execute the applet located at https://www.japplis.com/applet-runner/terminal/jediterm.html
